Steps to reproduce

e.g. you see Range Date Normal Mode calender picker the demosite
select period which extend from 2017 to 2018 at calendar modal view
it does not start correctly, 2018/01/01 is Monday.

What is Expected?

it starts correctly day of week which extend form one year to next.
