Request to update the documentation to include guidance provided in issue #13

I'm enjoying the functionality of lushtags. Thank you! In working through getting ctags up and running I did spend time trying to figure out how/where lushtags was generating the tags. Issue #13 does a great job of qualifying what to expect from lushtags and a solution to a problem that I was trying to solve. It might help users if the description of the plugin was updated. I would also include the comment on how hdevtools might address the need for linking definitions.
