Add simple usage analytics to web application

Closes #691

The Global Biodata Coalition's application for Global Core Biodata Resources requires reporting some user metrics. Therefore, it gives motivation to add some kind of usage tracking to the Bioregistry's web application deployed at https://bioregistry.io.

There are many ways to do this. This PR pilots using https://www.apianalytics.dev/ and the SDK at https://github.com/tom-draper/api-analytics.

• Handle passing configuration through docker environment nightmare
