Support group message icons

The profile image/icon extractor only sees the first image in group conversations which do not have a custom image. So a quick glance at the notification makes it look like a direct message from a random person in the group. It should instead do something like rendering the SVG to a canvas (that might actually be possible) or even just some manual painting of images to the canvas and, of course, cache things.
