A single matlab app for mavlink protocal communication on matlab.
This app has a build-in proxy for forwarding mavlink binary messages between seril and some different UDP ports which can be easily modifed.
This app is only available on matlab-r2019a or later for the reason that only this version of matlab supports mavlink in Robotics system toolbox. Bisides, an add on part must be installed called "Robotics System Toolbox UAV Library".
