If this is going to be a self-guided repo/tutorial - the front page readme must tell someone with no experience what to do to get hold of the files - at the minute if you have never used git hub you would not have a clue where to start or how to download the files etc.

Agreed, this would also link to #101, all the setup & installations should be straightforward and with a familiar pattern.

Should all be there wish the setup.md instructions. It probably still needs refinement (especially considering that we could direct folks to just use the github.io), but I'm closing this one as done.
