failed to install ClipSeg node

I have tried to install using ComfyUI-manager, and it shows error

CLIPSeg install failed: Bad Request

And I've also tried to set the security level and install via URL, it's still error.
My comfyui and manager node are already up-to-date

Although I've installed via URL, I can find the node from 秋叶模拟器, but it still shows the error when I run the sampel workflow
