Add quotes on stringify

At the moment the stringify function doesn't add any quotes for the values. Even if the value may need it. For example anything after # is usually a comment. So the value should be quoted for cases like:

> stringify({BACKGROUND: "#000"})
'BACKGROUND=#000\n'
