No python popularity contest data for most hubs #4731

Bug description

Most of the hubs are showing no data for the last 30 days, https://grafana.datahub.berkeley.edu/d/1EJ3WNi7z/python-popularity-contest?orgId=1&refresh=1m&from=now-30d&to=now. We were getting data at least a year ago based on #3571.

biology and julia are showing data for 30d.
data8 shows day when viewing 90d.

When viewing grafana dashboard.

How to reproduce

Go to https://grafana.datahub.berkeley.edu/d/1EJ3WNi7z/python-popularity-contest
Search for popcon data.
