It makes sense for stencils to be written in the second person form:
Add license and repository metadata to all of your distributions
But when you take the quest, the title should be
Add license and repository metadata to all of my distributions
You could support special tokens in the title of stencils, with the first one being %your%, which would appear as 'your' in the stencil but as 'my' in the resulting quest. If you used %Your% in the stencil, you'd similarly get My in the quest.
This may be too much complexity for such a little thing, but I think that stencils need to be really easy to use, for take-up.
I don't know whether it would make sense for %ваш% to become мое, but you could build up a set of these to support multiple languages / styles of stencil.
