Has something like this PoC been attempted on multiple hosts?

If so, request that some note of that be added to the README.md.

@gpolyn We are using a slightly modified form in production right now for internal apps, across multiple CoreOS based hosts on the backend. As long as all the containers are being registered into the same Consul cluster, and all the hosts are routable from the load balancer, it works fine in that scenario. We haven't documented that fact yet, but your suggestion to do so is a good one. Thanks!
