How to set build-id and build-name associations?

Most jFrog CLI upload commands have a --build-id and --build-name option to associate this metadata with the artifact.
Given this appears to be the only non-curl option available for jFrog & helm uploads, I was hoping it would fill in the gap with this metadata as well.

Is there a mechanism one can use to provide these data as part of a jFrog helm upload?

Or, even after the fact?
