Accounts.retrieve() for specific account id?

Hi not sure if this is the best place for this but I am wondering how to retrieve account details (e.g. charges_enabled details_submitted) for a specific account using the stripe account id. It looks like Account.retrieve(account_id) was a valid way to do this in 2.17.3 but having a really hard time figuring out how to do this in 3.1.1. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
