Requests from Kenny:

Could we add the name of the sample (eg: NSM131) to the cell barcode name/id within the cds. The sample name exists in the fastq & bam headers but somehow gets dropped while defining the cell names.
Could we add an extra column to the colData specifying the run name (eg: column header would be "run_id" - RNA3-026-nova)
