Nextflow 2 Error

I followed the documentation in the README for downloading the pipeline and nextflow. Then I tried running bbi-dmux and got this error:

$ nextflow run bbi-dmux -c experiment.config
N E X T F L O W  ~  version 23.04.1
Nextflow DSL1 is no longer supported — Update your script to DSL2, or use Nextflow 22.10.x or earlier

I was able to fix it by using the module for Nextflow version 22.10.7 and now the pipeline is able to run. I would suggest editing the README to make sure that the correct version of Nextflow is being downloaded.
