Bathroom Light oppsite of brightness over time

I'm trying to have the bathroom full bright during the day time say 10 AM to sunset and and fade after sunset over x time by x percent then start increasing after sunrise until full bright again. If I could just do the opposite or inverted bell curve from the simulator that would be perfect. I hope this makes sense.
