Why do my lights go to minimal brightness every interval

Am I doing something wrong? I've got Adaptive lighting running for a defined set of lamps and the brightness and color seem to be set right. However every 90 seconds (interval time) the lights go to their minimal defined brightness and slowly start building back up to the brightness defined by the integration.

The only thing I changed in the configuration is setting the lamps. I'm using Ikea lamps with a HUE hub.
