Cannot open terminal in floating mode

I have set in my bspwmrc:

bspc rule -a URxvt:URxvtFloat state=floating

and in my sxhkdrc:

super + shift + Return
    urxvtc -name URxvtFloat

I believe it is an issue with sxhkd and not bspwm, since if i run urxvtc -name URxvtFloat in a terminal it opens an new urxvt client in floating mode, but when I press super + shift + Return it doesn't open the floating terminal.
