workflow canvas: layout for automatic capture

In the automatic capture of workflow steps, the workflow components are placed strangely: sometimes not on the canvas area (on top of text or buttons on other parts of the page). Sometimes the input square and the output circle are not attached to the rest of the component box.

Also, the boxes for the saved workflows that appear on the right have clickable arrows that open the box, but there's nothing displayed in the box. Could you delete the clickable arrows?
