After downloading and extracting the structure templates ( pdb100_2021Mar03.tar.gz ), I found that the LICENSE file included in the archive states Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International .
While it appears that the RoseTTAFold-AA source code and weights can be used for commercial purposes, does this mean that it is effectively impossible to use the model commercially unless we prepare an equivalent to pdb100_2021Mar03.tar.gz ourselves?

Could you please link the page where the license was mentioned to be Non-commercial? @komatsuna-san
The LICENSE.txt is within the tar archive and only visible after extraction. UW-IPD is aware of this and is working to clarify the licensing (to MIT). Should happen soon, we hope.
