I think the problem stems from the fact that the events subdomain has been designed around a single event. As a result the blocks in isolation have no "context" for the user. Overall this limits the entire subdomain.
Ideally, the block title or heading should be whatever the event is that is being referred to. For instance, Backdrop Live September 2023. The other information could be shown as sub-components within that: Register Now, Need Assistance. Without a relevant title the other blocks don't make sense, for example, need assistance leaves the user wondering, "With what?" - This event or in general?
