  • MinSlashingTxFeeSat parameter should better reflect the current state of the bitcoin
    network
  • implement monitoring of the network so that governance
    can routinely update the value so that it continues to be high enough to guarantee
    inclusion.

I remember a discussion on changing MinSlashingTxFeeSat to tx fee per byte. Do we want to do this altogether?
