Epic: Session Management

As a driver,
I want to receive car insights only once per session,
So that I'm not distracted by repeated information.

User Stories:

Implement session tracking for each driver
Create flag for delivered car insights
Develop reset mechanism for new sessions
Allow manual request for insight replay
