To add multiple worlds on a single Minecraft server you need to change the server-type from "Vanilla" to "Paper", "Bukkit" or "Spigot".
After that, you need to add a world-management plugin to your server (f. e. Multiversecore). ---> Restart your Minecraft server.
--> You can check if your plugin is enabled by typing /plugins into the ingamechat (the name of the plugin should appear).

Now you can create or import a world. To see how that works look into the documentation of the plugin.
