No Slack Settings on PhpStorm

I'm running PhpStorm 2016.3.2 and there is no Slack Settings screen under Tools nor anywhere else.

Some have found to make it show up under the 'tools' menu you first need to select some text and then right-click to get the context menu.

If that doesn't work, can you send me OS + Java version as well and I will attempt to recreate.

I'm running PhpStorm 2017.1.1 (171.4163.3), Ubuntu Gnome 16.04, Java 1.8.0_112 there is no Slack Settings screen :(

It would be cool if the problem is solved :)

it works with PhpStorm 2017.2 EAP (172.2103..) as well.
