Prerequisites

AWS Account

An AWS IAM account is required to connect to Timestream using the Timestream ODBC Driver.

You need to do the following:

1. Sign up for AWS.

2. Create an IAM user with Timestream access and use the IAM credentials with the driver. For more information, see Create an IAM user with Timestream access.

Download the Timestream ODBC driver here. Choose the proper installer (e.g., timestream-odbc-installer-amd64-2.1.2.exe).
