possible to update dags when s3 dags update on s3

i want to know if it is possible to update the dags automatically when s3 files updates in s3 like mwaa do updates the dags after 300 second

The local runner isn't intended as a replacing for MWAA, or for consistently running dags. It should be a tool to test configurations and small POC's if needed.
