Installing a fresh DREM fails, likely due to lambda memory being restricted on some accounts.

CloudFormation reports that drem-backend-main-infrastructure ModelOptimizerModelsOptimizerFunction212C3234 fails with error

Resource handler returned message: "'MemorySize' value failed to satisfy constraint: Member must have value less than or equal to 3008 (Service: Lambda, Status Code: 400, Request ID: c716de05-3d12-4906-bbc3-6c07cdc0a313)" (RequestToken: 4ffc3a1c-e609-5850-e267-4b31859473e9, HandlerErrorCode: InvalidRequest)
