I am unable to run:

avocado run type_specific.io-github-autotest-qemu.kernel_install.rpm --vt-extra-params kernel_rpm_path=kernel-4.16.0_rc2_jenkins-1.x86_64.rpm

where kernel-4.16.0_rc2_jenkins-1.x86_64.rpm is an rpm built from the kernel build system make rpm-pkg, and residing in the same directory from which avocado run is executed.

from the log, autotest running within the guest is not seeing the file kernel-4.16.0_rc2_jenkins-1.x86_64.rpm, which should have been scp to the guest.

Please try using the absolute path instead, thanks.
