PostgresApp recipe is pulling down old version (v2.3.5) when newer version (v2.4) exists

Subject line explains it. I suspect the URL being used for the download recipe is the source of the issue. It appears to be referencing the older version.

With the release of PostgreSQL 13, might make sense to update. Using something like Recipe Robot, could point it to the GitHub repo these days I would suspect (https://github.com/PostgresApp/PostgresApp/releases).
