The user experience interacting with the DAO is challenging.
The goal of this proposal is to create a Web2 portal to create a good user experience when interacting with the DAO.
The average user is completely overwhelmed in trying to access Web3, even technically skilled people find it challenging and frustrating.
The Web2 portal gives the typical user a familiar place to interact with the DAO.
Something along the lines of what Aragon and DAOStack are doing.
