Making callstack size configurable

• Modify kernel
• Modify defs in profiler
• Modify protobuf structure

This is everything that needs to change if we want to change the max size. Discuss if we want this to be configurable, the main problem is that we don't want to recompile the entire kernel just to change the max callstack value.
