Two SSD's of the same model confuse the plugin

So I have two Lexar NM790 2TB SSDs in my system, and the plugin isn't able to properly read the data from either of them.

Both appear separately in the drop down sensor list, but when you assign them, both read the same values, but very briefly flicker to the values of the other drive before returning to the first again. It seems to be at the refresh interval, and seems like it is loading up both the data from both devices and cycling through them at each tick.

Both appear fine in Libre Hardware Monitor and have no issues distinguishing one from the other.
