SIGPROC-format files store the RA/DEC of a source in the form of floating point numbers, wherein the first two digits are the hours/degrees, the second two digits are the arcminutes, and the last two digits (and whatever follows after the decimal point) are the arcseconds (and milliarcseconds). This should ideally be transformed into a proper RA/DEC before returning to the user. Similarly, we can also convert the machine and telescope IDs to the names, and return them as an additional variable in the metadata.
