Improve the "Facing an issue" page for country code field by adding a search function

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Difficulty of selecting a country code from a long, scrollable list. Users may find it inconvenient to manually scroll through a lengthy list to find the required country code.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a search functionality within the country code dropdown field. This search feature should allow users to type the country name or code and filter the list dynamically based on the input, making it quicker and easier to find the desired country code.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative could be to group country codes by region or alphabetically collapse sections which users can expand as needed. However, this may still require some scrolling and may not be as efficient as a search feature.
