Mix task ash_postgres.generate_migrations doesn't say anything about ash_apis applicatione environment.

So ash_postgres.generate_migrations takes an --apis option, but it defaults to the contents of the application's ash_apis configuration in the application environment. This is good DX and I endorse it. I should just tell users it's going to do that in it's docs.
