Support for Couchdb 1.0 #4

CouchDB 1.0 uses a different URL for views. Instead of _view/mydesign/myview (as in earlier versions) it uses /_design/mydesign/_view/myview

There may be other breaking changes too, but this is just the first one I noticed.
