The country logo does not appear in web

While the logos load correctly in our development and release builds (both debug and release modes) in web, the logos fail to load in our client's production environment. Instead, they appear as grey placeholders.

Expected Behavior
The country logos should display as expected in the client production environment, just like they do in our local development and release builds.

Actual Behavior
In the client's production environment, the logos fail to load and appear grey.
The following error is logged:

Request URL: baseurl/assets/packages/country_flags/res/si/us.si
Request Method: GET
Status Code: 404 Not Found (from service worker)
Referrer Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin
