Hi again. Thanks for adding the extra mouse button mapping. It's working great apart from this one issue.

I haven't remapped the left mouse button as I want to continue using it to pan around inside large images. However there is no parameter to map it to this in the config file. I guess there needs to be one as leaving it unmapped leads to the warning in the title being displayed in the bottom right of the window when panning.

Also, for the cherry on top, would it be possible to have the mouse pointer autohide when inactive?

Disable binding for left mouse button

This button is used for the image drag operation and cannot be
reconfigured.
Relates to #197.
