when I use the DEP to analyze the data form maxquant result, however, in the description of DEP says "TMTdata <- example_data
Exp_Design <- example_Exp_Design" that I still cannot find. So, I don't know how to deal dataset of TMT result dealt by maxquant. Could you give me some suggestions for this question?
