Spinnaker Accounts Migration #242

The v1.3 release notes state:

The spinnakeraccounts.spinnaker.io CRD is not longer supported by this release, now you need to install armoryaccounts.spinnaker.armory.io CRD and rename your existing accounts.

I was unable to find this CRD when doing a quick search. Is this CRD only available in the enterprise edition?
