[Suggestion] blacklist/whitelist for websites to ignore

Description:
Adding a blacklist and/or whitelist for websites to ignore while removing deadnames.

Use-case:
a) Almost all undesiered behaviour is extremly bound to specific websites. E.g. a certain website just doesn`t work good with the plugin, or I am dependent to use my deadname on a specific website. The plugin this way stays useable on all other websites.
b) A lot of folks only need deadname remover on specific websites (eg. school, university, institutions that don´t really alow changing the name). whitelisting these websites could reduce "overblocking" (changing the names of different persons with your deadname)

I can't share any links but the portal for managing my taxes on the Swedish tax agency's gets into a reloading loop when the plugin is enabled, so would be nice to be able to blacklist some sites. Also some sites I might be scared that the changes may affect some forms I fill out (like with the bank).
