Describe the issue
Out of this repository (https://www.planetemu.net/roms/sega-mega-drive-public-domain?page=0), there are a few ROMs that fail on emulators. On ares, prime example is Flavio's Raster Effects Test (PD). On real hardware, this ROM displays an image of a Native American man, hitting Start button cycles between different raster effects applied on the image. On ares, a gray screen with black lines are displayed instead.

Apparently this is NOT correct behavior. Trying to load this ROM into accurate emulators will also show the same black lines, indicating that this ROM relies on emulation inaccuracies, meaning the image is never displayed on hardware. This means that Ares gets it right.

And since when BlastEm is 100% transistor-accurate simulator of a Mega Drive or even any kind of a benchmark?

I checked on MY real console - black dotted lines are NOT a correct behavior. Else, I wouldn't open this issue ticket.
