Thoughts on moving from Phantom.js to headless Chromium?

To all that have made this html2pdf, thanks for all the awesome work!

With the release of headless Chrome/Chromium, the maintainer of Phantom.js has stepped down. The latest stable version of phantom (2.1.1) uses a port of Apple webkit 538.1, which will only continue to get more stale as time goes on. Seems like this move will be unavoidable as time goes on.
