CMUpdater is replaced by Updater #1

Each repo command fails with following message:

fatal: remove-project element specifies non-existent project: LineageOS/android_packages_apps_CMUpdater

The reason: CMUpdater is replaced by Updater!
If I change this in remove.xml, all works fine
