[vscode-extension-serverless-workflow] Truncate longer inputs when displaying info onHover in canvas

Summary

Longer inputs are not truncated with three dots longerInp.... Idea is to truncate for better viewing experience. Very minor enhancement, but should be somehow applied globally as a rule/policy.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open in vscode: eventWf.sw.json
2. Hover over icons of parallel state

Actual results

Expected results

Output is truncated in a readable and UX acceptable way.

Testing

Manual verification of this is enough.
