Describe the proposal

ClickHouse is the fastest and most resource efficient real-time data warehouse and open-source database.

Gravitino currently supports MySQL , PostgreSQL and Apache Doris metadata management but does not support ClickHouse yet. This proposal is to add ClickHouse JDBC catalog support in Gravitino so that users can have more options for managing database metadata.
