框选功能，当鼠标移动到起点左上角位置，再移动到起点右下角，框选包围盒与鼠标位置有偏移

这个怎么复现的呢？
就是按住鼠标往左拖动，按下的时候记为起点，然后再往右上角拖动，往右上角拖动的时候要小于刚才的起点，然后再往右下角拖动，就复现了
