In TWRP Terminal Command

Format Your MicroSD Card To EXT4 (does not work on fat32 & exfat)

1 - Plug Your MicroSD Card To Your Transformer101

2- In TWRP 2.8 Go To Advanced/Terminal And Start The Terminal In This Path /external_sd folder (located in internal storage) and start terminal here

3 - busybox mount -o remount,rw /

4 - tar -pxvzf /path/to/debian-11tf101-11.0-BullseyeXFCE-armhf-Tegra.tar.gz

Now Wait 30 Seconds And Reboot!

Done!

Now Flash Debian-rootbind-kernel5.16.0-rc4-20211208.zip
In TWRP Recovery DON'T USE CWM!

!!!!!!A Big Fat Warning!!!!!! DO NOT EVER FLASH CWM RECOVERY IF YOU ALREADY FLASHED THE Debian-rootbind-kernel5.16.0-rc4-20211208.zip OR YOU'RE STUCK IN CWM FOREVER IN YOUR TF101!! CWM ONLY ALLOWS INTERNAL STORAGE FLASH. SO YOU CANT FLASH ZIPS ANYMORE IF YOUR DOWNLOADS IS EMPTY

USE EASYFLASHER TO GO BACK TO TWRP IF YOU FLASHED CWM

Now If You're Wondering Why Wifi/Bluetooth Isn't Working. Because You Didn't Extract The Modules

Extracting Modules !!IMPORTANT!!

Download Modules: linux-grate-5.16.0-rc4-next-20211208-modules.zip

1- extract linux-grate-5.16.0-rc4-next-20211208-modules.zip to /lib/modules

After That Execute The Following Command

$ sudo depmod -a (this will activate modules)

If the wifi/modules still doesn't work, flash the older kernel
Debian-5.12-MicroSD.zip
