其实自定义手势的代码官方已经给出，只是缺少关键的 dwpose 模块，观察代码接口可以利用 controlnet_aux 项目的 dwpose 模块魔改获得，小白同学如果不懂可以 B 站搜一下 echomimicv2 自定义手势，早就有了平替方案。
